Don't want to be an a-hole, but...
1. Nobody has a 960x720 monitor, so this is going to have to scale up on everyone's monitor.
2. 4:3 screens are uncommon nowadays, so this is going to have to stretch on most people's monitors.
3. Did you do this in paint? How about some font anti-aliasing? I can't even read it without staring for a moment. Also, the text being placed where it is will likely going to be covered up by any task bar or dock.
4. Pasting a bunch of pictures in willy-nilly is not how you make a wallpaper.
