There was thread about a beer garden type place going in where Bears/portabello's/sangria's used to be.
I've seen some activity like cars in the parking lot, boxes, and a few people here and there as if they are doing stuff on the inside.
Any updated information on when this will open, what it will be named, or anything else?

It will be closed within a year and a new business will unsuccessfully try to start something else there.

The bears place was a joke. One of the worst startup restaurant jobs I've ever seen regardless of the food.
