Cannot believe the VIkes were dumb enough to trade legit picks for him. He is a true POS in every sense of the word.

They gave up a 3rd in 2011 and got back a 7th in 2012 - occasionally a team strikes gold in the late rounds or with UFA's (the Pats entire running game of 123 yds yesterday was from 2 UFA's). When you give up more than one pick, you lost more than one opportunity, so the odds worsen. No one knows the success/failure likelihood of whoever the Vikings would have picked with that #3. It was a risk, but then all trades are. .
