We've been there quite a few times on Fridays. I always get the Crawfish etouffe which normally is really good. Went today and got the same dish but it tasted like a completely different dish. It tasted strongly of tabasco and was very orange in color. The earlier versions were more clear to slightly yellow in color.

Also, an older black gentleman came to the table and introduced himself as the chef.Have no idea what the chef looked like during past visits.

Just wondering what changed other than the food.

It really has gotten terrible, used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The chicken with seafood topping has turned into a catastrophe, even the rolls they serve have turned to shite.
