He meant ALWAYS playing 2 QB's. Not an occasional play every now and then.

JJ does lots of things well. He just isn't throwing the ball well, but that's a pretty fricking important thing for a QB. 
I know a lot of people would say he is making bad reads and isn't safe with the ball this year, but 1/2 his INTs were results of bad throws, not bad reads. The fact that Lee doesn't handle pressure very well almost makes me see why the coaches would still stick with JJ.
