T-Bob was abused by Fairley all day long. He is undersized at 280 lbs. for SEC type blocking.

We were double teaming him much of the day and still couldn't stop him. It's not all on T-Bob.

that is the reason we should have taken fairley out of play... if your recruited D1 you have to be able to hold your bloacks...atleast with a double team

I saw Hurst try to double team him with T-Bob and he just split them. I didn't see any adjustments at half time. I didn't see any blocking TEs try to help our OLINE, why?

Sometimes you just get beat... The saints have a supposed pro-bowl line, and they didn't look too hot yesterday. They beat is in the trenches all the way around. Our o-line has actually been a pleasant surprise this year, before yesterday anyway. Not defending them though, and it has been a few years since we had a truly dominant line.
But I wouldn't put the horrid performance on just one person. Maybe protection audibles should have been called, scheme adjustments by the coaches, and playcalling to negate their rush... it was an all around offensive failure

I think we would have a lot more success running at teams instead of trying to hit the corners all the damn time. I thought we had a pretty good game running down hill. When we tried to go around the end every 3rd play or pass is when we were vulnerable.

If he remains healthy Fairley will go in the 1st round of the NFL draft like Dorsey, Suh and McCoy. Sometimes the better player wins. Saturday Mr. Fairley was the better player in the trenches. He definitely seemed to play more aggressively compared to Nevis. Agree LSU should've made some adjustments, and perhaps they tried--but AU seemed to always be at least a step ahead of LSU's game plan the entire afternoon. When your QB situation sucks, it sucks. IMO LSU should've been running the Wildcat formation a helluva lot more.

Perfect response! Has Crowton ever heard of a draw play,screen pass, back slipping out of the backfield for a pass or a shovel pass. We NEVER do any of these blitz beaters. We keep doing 5 and 7 step drops against a big rush and our QB has no shot. Hell, we rarely even roll out to pass. F Crowton and LM.

stevan ridley had 12 carries for 37 yards, Michael Ford had 2 carries for 1 total rushing yard...the rushing game was not working

williford hass disappeared since the tennessee game due to tbob being smarter than les and crowton and knowing how much time was on the clock.

Ever since TBob told the coaches that he should start at guard, he starts at guard. I can't wait til Rocky D tells Miles he's ready to run the rock 25 times a game.

T-Bob should never play another down at guard. He should only be the backup center. If I going to get shitty play at the guard position I would rather some meat up front.
