Was listening to rivals radio early this morning, the replay of yesterdays show, and an AU fan calls in and says "What do you get when you mix crawfish, gumbo, bourbon, and body odor? A corndog"

The radio host didn't say anything, didn't laugh...just crickets! I don't know about you guys but that insult just does nothing for me and honestly it's just lame. Everytime I hear it I just think of little kids like bevis and butthead sickering at the word corndog.
Oh well, thanks for letting me rant and Geaux Tigers!

does not compute, how is being associated with such a wonderful product considered an insult?

I love corndogs... I don't mind the name, its the least threatening "insult" in the sec.

That thing is so stupid it is pathetic. The mere thought of what a Cajun has the oppurtunity to eat everyday, and the fact that you can find more corndog purveyors in a 50 mile radius of Auburn than in the entie state lf La. is what makes it way laughable.

You guys may like the comments section of this Auburn post on LSU fans smelling like corndogs.

This was back in 2008, so my response is a little out dated, but I enjoy it every year.

I know I love corndogs, I mean what's not to love???? But I'd sure as hell rather be from the heart of cajun country than from the armpit of west GA known as the plains of auburn

I usually embrace it when I go on the road. If someone calls me a corndog, I pretty much follow them asking if they know of any places where I can score some and feed my addiction to such a wonderful product.

It doesn't even make sense

And it was a stolen "insult" intended for "cornhuskers".

Right considering this comes from one of the trashiest states in the union, really does nothing to insult me....(had to get that dig in ;)
