Just in case you missed it, there was a very good, strictly data-based comparison of JL and JJ in the paper this morning.

Analysis of last two games: JL has started 11 drives resulting in 8 (!) touchdowns. JJ has started 12 drives resulting in 0 (!) touchdowns.

Maybe Les and Crowton read it.

We've seen it and its been posted numerous times. Why not include the Tennessee game to be accurate?

Les knows this as he fricking said so in his presser yesterday. Lee will play more than Jefferson this weekend. Chill out.

He's had some great plays called for him ?
We're both putting points on the board ?

I would trade JJ for any other QB that we have faced this year, including the RS freshman from McNeese. That is how bad JJ is.

quote:

Asked if was feeling the pressure to beat Auburn and hold off Lee for the starting job,

Jefferson said no. “No pressure,” he said. “He’s just had some great plays called for him, and he’s executed the way he’s needed to, to put points on the board. It just happens that way. Both of us are putting points on the board.

Really, Jefferson? Your excuse is that Lee gets better plays called for him? Oh, pleaze!

Maybe if you weren't always making excuses or living in denial you'd realize that Lee is a more effective passer which, in turn, opens up more running lanes for Ridley. Or maybe the coaches know that you suck but don't want to hurt your feelings so they mostly call read option plays or options to the weak side.

and as far as putting points on the board, you better thank ya boy Lee for getting you in that position.

And JJ has a 52% completion pct and Jlee is 71%. Doesn't change the fact that JJ will still play.

I think we tend to forget that JJ had the entire season last year and led us to the 112th offense in the country.

He should NEVER play QB again.
