Right before Debose runs that kickoff back, I got a toe cramp and I didnt yell at my TV enough to help stop that play.

I am going to hit the pickle juice really hard this week Tiger Nation, so dont worry, I wont cramp up and slack on my duty as a fan.

Dill pickle juice is an almost immediate remedy. our high school teams coach has McDonalds to save their pickle juice and freezes it into a cubes. Our coach is the winningest coach in Alabama history--- knows what he's doing! I've tried it, it works!!!

There's not a whole lot you can do with cramping other than drink, stay fresh, and drink pickle juice if u can stand the taste. I hated it when I played but it helped A LOT.

Must be the insanely high amount of sodium. I used to keep the little salt packets you get from silverware packages and swallow them al the time when I played and when I was doing military stuff.

Maybe pickle juice has electrolytes. It's what plants crave!

Did the team not condition for this all summer? Why does he continue to have these problems? He cant be considered our best player because he's barely on the field in the second half

Cramping has nothing to do with their summer conditioning. They had plenty of it. They are just not hydrating themselves enough. It takes around 24 hrs for fluid to go through your body at the cellular level where energy is created. They need to start drinking 2-3 days before the game.

Well then maybe they need to be monitored a little better.

Don't play him in the first half...and if we are up in the second half that is when the other team will throw more so we have him when we need him.

Naaaaa. LSU just needs to switch to Gatorade and get rid of that Powerade garbage. Most of our oppenents use Gatorade and they don't cramp up.

I hear Powerade's Pickle Juice flavor is the cure for all that ails you.

IT's not all due to dehydration ... it's partially due to what they're calling some type of high excitement and over stimulation type thing ... they're trying to keep him isolated at times on the sideline as well as sending him into the locker room.
