Does anyone believe (in) Miles anymore?

When things go South he blames another player and at times another coach. He then talks about what's going to be done to correct it, yet it continues to reoccur.
Last night should not have come as a surprise to anyone. He is not tuned in to what is going in around him, does not make good decisions, and is incapable of half time adjustments.
Alleva should ship Miles and Crowton off to the Yukon Territory for the season and hand the keys over to the chief and gonzales.

No. And it pains me to say that. I defended him until late last year. But I was wrong to do so apparently.

No!!
Tried real hard to support him but after ole miss last year I gave up.We are 5-0 and I'm glad but we are the laughing stock of college football because of Miles!!!

It will take winning the MNC for me just to start having a small sign of hope in him. I too supported him, but after this.... WOW just WOW

Choctaw and Mommarantard are still on board

We've had clock management issues in 30% of our last ten games.

Florida, Auburn, Bama, Ole Piss and Arkie. This will be the measuring stick for his future.

Do you realize it was Les Miles that made the game winning play-call after the penalty? Or that is was Crowton trying to send in receivers with the seconds ticking off? If you look at the replay the linemen were set and ready to go. Confusion started when JJ saw the receivers coming on and calling the TEs off. It was expected to be 2 straight run plays by everyone that was already on the field.

I had defended the guy for a long time...probably because of the impressive bowl victories he was having in his first 3 or so years.
But Ive learned that the guy is an embarrassment...and the main reason IS his stubborness with Crowton.
I truly believe Crowton is the BIG idiot in the room...and it just makes Miles look like one also. If we had a real OC...i dont believe we have all of that cunfusion in the last seconds of the game.
If we get rid of Crowton after this year...I will give Miles ONE and only ONE year to see if things change.

no sir...
this same thing happened with Miles in his 2nd game with Tennessee. we were in a total panic with the field goal attempt right at halftime. Crowton wasn't even here.
Now i do agree Crowton was involved somewhat, but you know Miles likes to run it foremost.

Never had belief in Miles in the first place.

anymore implies that we ever believed in him.
He lost me early in his tenure.
You'd have to be an idiot not to recognize this man's deficiencies as a head coach.

ya'll are a bunch of fools
CLM is the only coach in america to win games like this, embrace it, enjoy it and save the angst for a loss IMO

CLM must have made a deal with the devil at some point. There is no way he could luck into becoming a head coach at an Elite program stocked with enough talent to contend for championships. Then luck into a BCS championship game with 2 losses, then win games in the fashion that he has like last night. No person is that consistently lucky.

Crowton caused the frick up by calling for substitutions.

so your saying he's good then?

I can't really defend him anymore. Yesterday finally turned me after 5.5 seasons.
I am still blown away by the idea we could run the table with minor adjustments though. We actually are alot better than the comedy leads on to believe.

If Crowton really caused the frick up then he needs to be searching for a job this morning. Anything less and it is on the entire program not just CLM.
Crowton has consistently fricked up programs wherever he has been. this is just more of the same with him at OC
