No, he said MORE than that... that NO quarterback can be successful in that situation, ignoring the fact that many QB's CAN pick up 3rd and 8 and that his QB's poor play contributed to the frequent 3rd down problems in the first place.

You'd think some of the JL lovers out there would grasp this concept since JL was screwed out of a sure first down by a completely asinine illegal procedure penalty. Just the kind of asinine penalties Lesticle is referring to. They've been far too frequent and more than a few local sports columnists have noticed.
