I was up to 226 this AM from 223 over the last few days. I guess the weekend finally caught up to me on the scale. Did run week 8, day 2 of the Couch to 5K plan yesterday evening, though... and today I'm determined to keep it healthy.

Special K bar for breakfast plus some coffee with no-cal sweetener only. 90ish calories. I should probably eat more for breakfast.

I was up 2 lbs from yesterday! WTF?! Maybe what you said is what happened to me. This is confusing to me. I'll still keep doing what I've been doing though and hopefully it'll track back down.
