Here is a really random piece of advice for everyone, but it works.

Cold and Flu season is coming. If you get sick food doesn't really taste that good but you eat by habit. Intentionally cut down on your food until you get well. Then do a lot of ab work. Your stomach has shrunk while you were sick and you want to keep the reduction.

When I lived in Denham Springs, I joined Weight Watchers. I did this because I was thirty-five pounds over weight plus my blood work came back really awful. I lost forty pounds in three months plus my lab results came back great. I moved to Alabama and I just watched what I ate. I started gaining weight again plus I had to start taking Lipitor. I joined Weight Watchers up here two months ago. I'm back to my weight goal plus I no longer need to take Lipitor. WW isn't a diet but just a healthier way of eating. I found out that I get motivated knowing that I'm going to have to weigh in on a weekly basis. I like when I lose weight and when I gain a pound or two, it pushes me to make sure that I lost what I gained. I know that I must be a weak person because I sure couldn't do it on my own. I definitely watch what I eat now and I can eat and prepare quite a few dishes that have a low fat content. The fat free ice cream tastes pretty good.
