I used to eat everything and anything. At the time I was working out 4 times a week plus cardio. I would be strict as can be for 6 days and go all out and consume a massive amount of food on my cheat day. Used to love my cheat days. And I lost over 80 lbs with cheat days and got down to low bodyfat. I don't think it affected me negatively at all as long as you are eating good food and exercising for 6 days a week.
