here's a good treadmill workout if anyone is interested:
incline speed time
1.0 3.0 1-3 min
3.0 4.0 3-7
5.0 3.5 7-11
7.0 4.0 11-15
8.0 3.3 15-19
9.0 3.8 19-23
10.0 3.0 23-27
0 3.0 27-30
it was spaced out all nice when i typed it but when i posted it the spaces went away.

As far as subway goes, I like to buy the footlong, but eat 6in for lunch and save the other 6 for either dinner or lunch the next day.
eat a 6in with an apple and you should be full. Eat slow and eat the apple 10-15 after the sandwich. many people see the footlong and want to eat the whole thing

I just did this workout and let me say it is an arse kicker. Great workout and according to my treadmill burned 410 calories. Best of all it went by quick because you were always changeing your pace/incline.

I've been doing this for 5 days. It knocks around 430calories off of me each time.
