In the morning, yes, but not great. The Lee two are the toughest. The top 4 are good though. Thing is, I've never in my life been able to see my abs like this. So I'm happy no matter what. I almost wish I had one more week before I leave for Vegas.

Did a semi fast day
Breakfast 4am: Protein Drink 280 calories
Lunch 11am: Protein Drink 280 calories
Snack 5pm: small bag pretzels 110 calories
Dinner 6:30pm: Boiled Shrimp on home made pizza roughly 600 calories
French Broad Anvil Porter: 330 calories

skipped breakfast and all my cals were in a 6 hr window so I guess that was an IF as well

186/16 /Today
So this is my last weigh in before Vegas. By this time tomorrow I'll be on a plane. Starting today I am stopping both PSMF and IF for a few days and possibly a while.
These past 90 days have been a huge transformation for me. And honestly I really wanted to come to thank everyone here. Everyone who posts in this thread has motivated and helped me in one way or another. I learned something from everyone in here and I honestly couldn't have done it without yall.
This was more than just me losing weight. I'm now in the best shape I've ever been and look better than I've ever looked. And it's only the beginning.
I'm never been one to post pictures on social media or anywhere of me and my body changes. But only here will I post a before and after. Not even sure how long they'll stay up but just wanted to have as a reference for others. I know I wasn't fat or huge. But I wasn't happy. And now I am.

ETA: Ate breakfast this morning for the first time in probably almost 2 months... it was weird
