The Play Calling

About to go off on a rant on our play calling. I dont know what yall think, but to me it seems like we run the same plays every week, no matter who we play. A coach is supposed to run plays that gives the opponents defense trouble and attack their weaknesses. It doesnt seem like we ever do this. Looks like we have been running the same plays for the past 3 years.
Also, i dont get some of our personnel on some plays. Why do we have the 6'5 Terrance Toliver running the 2 yard drags, with Shepard running the fades? Shepard should be the one going underneath and getting the short passes because he is def. more dangerous after the catch. Also, the jail break screen to Toliver instead of Shepard? What is that about? I just dont get some of the things we do as a team. We have some of the elite athletes in the country, yet we either dont give them the ball, or give them the ball in the wrong positions. Just doesnt make sense. Sorry this has been driving me crazy for a while

You can see it. I can see it. Opposing teams see it. Blind men see it. Only one person can not see it and it is not our OC, its the one and only Less Smiles who doesn't see it.

Because we are dumbing everything down for JJ due to his ineptness "between the ears". Hence, you get a very vanilla offense with no identity whatsoever which in turn doesn't allow you to attack the defense's weakness.
As far as Shep running a fade route, when as JJ shown he has the ability to anticipate the receiver being open on the fade or have the touch to throw it in the first place???

Very true. Im just saying when you get the 6'5 with a 35+ inch vert TT out there on the fade in a 1vs1 situation it would def increase the chances of it being caught, even with a bad pass. Watch, when TT gets drafted hes gonna be a red zone stud. Let the QB toss it up to him and he will come down with it.

Not only that, we tip our plays too.

which ones and how?
Easy. First down run up the middle/option
Second down run up the middle
Third down(and long undoubtedly) pass on a square in 2 yards short of the sticks.
Fourth down punt.
If Ridley does well on 1st or 2nd down we give him the ball on third and short.
Don't have to tip our plays. We run the same 4 or 5 plays 75% of the time. Frustrating to say the least.
