Does ESPNU suck for anyone else in Baton Rouge?

It barely worked back during baseball season so I was a little worried.
I tried it out today and it's better, but the picture breaks up a little bit every once in a while. It's watchable but a little annoying.
And it's not my cable because every other channel is perfect.

This happens to me sometimes on HD, but its usually fine when i switch back to standard
