This week will go a long way towards validating the op. If we fix the problems we have unlimited potential.

op - the offensive production?

op - the surf/swim clothing company?

op - the Omnipotent Predator?

The team is not nearly as bad as some people were making it out to be last week. The team is capable of 9-10 wins with some breaks here and there. We will likely not beat the big boys, but could get them next year or in the future.

Our problem is that we still do not have innovative coaching on either side of the football. We have the athletes and the skill, but we lack an progressive play caller on offense and an aggressive attacking style on defense. Neither Chavis or Crowton is SEC high level caliber coordinators IMO.

Les Miles is too soft and does not think one step ahead of the other team in a strategic way. He has no vision, no large strategic plan, he just reacts slowly when things present themselves to him. If the coaches would coach up the talent and be innovative this team could be explosive, especially next year.

innovative coaching

I think Miles tries too hard to not show his cards until he absolutely has to. Same with personnel changes. Maybe with Shep, as a weapon and as a decoy (the fake to Shep was the key to the Randle TD pass last week), more innovation will flow from the Crow!

I really like our team. I think we are a lot better than people think.

I KNOW we are. I have my beefs with Crowton and Miles, but I think the talent and leadership and hunger of this group of Tigers is enough to overcome.

So you're saying LSU was stronger in certain areas in 2008 or 2009? Curious to know what areas and which year.

WTF is this your memoir or high school journal time?
Yes im a believer... that this is an 8 win team and im a believer that this is a 5 loss team judging on the way they showed up to play the other night. Call me crazy, but the way the tigers have been trending the last two years, it could be worse...
