that you know you should open, but you just don't have the strength anymore.

I've been staring at that "where does Jordan rank among SEC qb's" thread for two days but I can't bring myself to even open it. I know there are some frickin inbreds in there attacking him, lying about what he's done or hasn't done, I know I should go defend him, but I know that if I even open it, I'm gonna end up in there for like 10 hours, arguing with retards who aren't gonna change their mind anyway.

I think the rant has broken me.

I go into some of those threads to see if I can get a good laugh.

Sometimes it's just better to think of your mental health in times like these.

The rant broke me awhile back. I woke up one morning and realized that somehow i "accepted mediocrity" without even realizing it.

Everything is much better now that i have accepted mediocrity into my life.

All the time. Most of the time I'm just like "Ugh no."

I rarely, if ever, post in the rant due to exactly this. Sometimes though, it's like looking at a horrible traffic accident; sometimes you just can't help but not look.

What did we do to be graced with your presence so much in recent days?

Seriously, you've been around a lot lately. Your site kills me.

See i havent been posting on here for long, So i see those titles and still have a thought in my head " hey, maybe this will be the topic people stop stating their football opinions as football facts, and support LSU instead of shoot every little thing they do down." But really i know its more of the same " WE WANT LES MILES GONE..AND JEFFERSON NEEDS TO BE SWITCHED FOR LEE" and somehow no matter what the topic it is, They always find away to direct it to that or other complaints. But i still love reading it, but mostly for the comedic effect now.

The belly-aching and is incessant around here. This player or that player sucks and this or that coach needs to be fired, etc. The knee-jerkedness is epic. According to this board, we have such a talent advantage over everyone else, we should never lose more than one or two games a year. Anything past that must be on the coaching.

Agree 100%

"LSU has so much talent..." = most overused cliche' of 2010.
Our talent pool is par for the top-half of the SEC, maybe less than Bama and UF, but maybe not. Let's let them play it out on the field, let the best team win, but realize that on some days a lesser team will beat a better team. Though LSU may be good enough to have 9 or 10 wins, it will take some luck (e.g., 2007) to get into the NC, and with bad breaks going against them (e.g., 2009), LSU may go only 7 or 8 wins. No coach, not Muschamp, not Kelly, not Petersen, not even the (un)Holy Sabanator, can take LSU's current team and dominate through 14 straight games.
