For his first game of the year 7, however he has a lot of improvements to make.

Issues I still see:
1. Doesn't move his head/eyes much to try and redirect the secondary.
2. Seems to just make one read and take off at times.
3. Throws after the receiver is open not when he's about to be open.
4. Rarely hits receivers in stride, mostly because of #3

He has improved from last year though but still isn't where he should be after the amount of starts he's had.

4 And that is an improvement from last year. Take away the 1 long pass and you have 100 yards of passing the rest of the game. Take away the 2 really bad plays and it would be a 5

Pretty good summary. My biggest concern is that he might be topped out, and we seemed to run a pretty simplistic offense(thank goodness). If he is as good as he is going to get, we are still in trouble against this schedule.
