I smoked a brisket for 8 hours. We're eating sliced beef sandwiches, baked beans, sausage, rotel and plenty of beer.

Just made jambalaya. Enough for 16, and it's only me, the wife and kid here. Looks like I'll have it for a celebratory midnight snack as well.

Ribs, grilled Veron hot sausage, toasted garlic bread, steamed and buttered corn on the cob, real baked beans and mixed fresh salad. Chimay to wash it all down. The women have something for dessert. They men will just have another drink, responsibly of course.
