I had an office in tiger stadium for several years. The office right next to mine was boarded up with caution tape and asbestos signs on it.
That is the problem with the windows. My office had a window ac unit but it was jerry rigged so it wouldnt fall through as the window frame was unattached from the cinder block wall.

Shouldn't the FIRST priority in any TS renovation project be to clean up all that damn asbestos?
