Here's an '09 article that has tOSU and Texas as the top two jobs:

SI: Coaching Destination jobs

I'd say Texas is probably #1 at present. PSU is still a top ten or 15, but that's predicated on the notion that JoePa will ever officially retire and admit that he no longer coaches the team. I think the son of a bitch is too vain and will be clinging to that title til they cart him off.

What kind of ahole would agree to have a statue erected while he's still "coaching?"
