I'm not sure the play itself was all-time all-time, but, under the circumstances, DeWayne Wise's home-run-saving catch last year in the 9th inning of Mark Buehrle's perfect game for the White Sox comes to mind.

More effort than great play I guess, especially since it didn't even end up counting. It has just always been a favorite of mine because Lamar Thomas is such a colossal douchebag and this one play knocked him down 3 rounds in the draft.
