If anybody on this board still listens to The Jimmy Ott show then you might have heard MFP (Mike From Plaquemine) say that they should make room for Larry Beavers by cutting Courtney Roby. His reasoning...get this people...CAUSE HE IS FAST!

Beavers should bring some legit competition to the return position. Beavers is 4.28 kind of fast.

I agree that he will bring competition to the return postion, but for someone to say cut this guy to make room for this guy shows his ignorance. I agree Larry Beavers is 4.2 fast, but I also remember a guy by the name of Skyler Green being 4.3 Fast and he is playing for the Eskimos in The CFL. Just because your fast doesn't mean you should be able to have a spot on an NFL Roster. Many of "Fast" players have not made it in THE LEAGUE!

Roby was a beast on ST last year as a gunner on Punts, and him and Hamilton on KO coverage were deadly.

I am pretty sure it was against the Pats that Hamliton had a vicious hit on a Kickoff Return!
I remember coming out of my seat and hitting rewind at least 4 times on the DVR!
