Whats the best off menu item in and around Baton Rouge, mostly at the few local places that we have (chimes, sammies, georges etc)

One of my favorite lunch items is the Gator poboy at the chimes.

This is a hard one, but my fiance' loves the Chicken/Veal Palermo at Marcellos. It was briefly on the menu, but is now an off menu item. It is very good.

I'm a sucker for the lamb chops at Gino's. Can't ever talk myself out of them.
