my goal this year is to cook without the grill.
we have done the fried food fest, pastalaya, etc.
My favorite thing so far, and I got weird looks for this, was soft tacos. Just some ground beef and tortillas like you would make at home.
Ran through about 20lbs of ground beef before 3. Very easy and goes over very well. They have been requested again.
Give it a shot. Just need a way to keep the lettuce and cheese cold.
