It seems that it doesn't matter how good your food is, if the service and management is piss poor, you will eventually fail.
However, if the food is terrible to mediocre, but the service and management is decent, you might just do well. Just look at how crowded Chili's, Olive Garden, etc are every weekend.

I was explaining that to my wife as we drove past his "location" numerous times, just to see if we missed it. We never made it to his "new" (now former) location. We went many times when he was next to the pet store and dance shop. I loved his pizza. I hate Baton Rouge sometimes...

To be honest I loved his pizza when it was at the old location. It was fairly consistent and the best I have had in BR. Then when he moved.. It was not so great. Very inconsistent and something was just different about it not nearly as good. Better location but he just managed it so badly.
