Yeah, it confused me as well. I was able to watch Rugby 7's on NBC a few weeks ago and figure out the very general rules, but when there are 30 guys on the field, it becomes too much of a clusterfrick.

Middle goal posts are worth 6 points I think. If it goes through the outside posts, it is called a behind and is 1 point. Can't throw the ball. Can punch it or kick it to teammates. If you kick it and a teammate catches it, I think they get a free kick unless they call play on. A player must bounce the ball every ten yards on a long run. If tackled with the ball, you must give the other team the ball.
