Can LOOP come into play with the next moratorium

considering it sticks? I know about the Port and its operations, but wanted to get the take from people that know more and work on this side of the industry.

Personally I don't think they will considering they have to meet their sales goals which I imagine are over 250 million.

they could halt supply. Like I said I highly doubt it will happen, but considering what's at stake nothing would shock me.

Would have to halt supply from an owner that is a part of LOOP. Marathon, Murphy Oil are two, I forget the rest.
