Guy was blasting every lobby and turned on his team multiple times. I swear he flash banged me and tried to slit my throat at least twice.

Proof, your friend wasn't as big of an idiot as I thought. In order to have the new maps work for all accounts on your Xbox you do have to transfer the license for the shite you have bought like map packs. I am doing it now so my alters can use the maps.
