Lets say England beats Algeria 1-0.
Standings are then
England 1-0-1 4 points +1 GD
Slovenia 1-0-1 4 points +1 GD
US 0-0-2 2 points +0 GD
Algeria 0-2-0 0 points -3 GD
Then lets say England and Slovenia tie 1-1 and we beat Algeria 1-0. So standings are:
England 1-0-2 5 points +1 GD
Slovenia 1-0-2 5 points +1 GD
US 1-0-2 5 points +1 GD
We all tied each other and beat Algeria by same score. Total goals scored is the same for all 3. Who advances?

a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
b) goal difference in all group matches;
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings will be determined as follows:
d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;
g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.

would be US and Slovenia since we tied at 2-2. Now what would happen if we all beat Algeria by 1-0 and Slovenia and England tie 2-2. Flip a coin?

U.S. and slovenia. england would only have 3 goals for in your scenario. the other 2 would have 4 goals for. dont know how the seeds would be decided but it'd be us and slovenia.
