Once it's in place, any conference wanting Texas will have to allow it.

I totally agree, now is the time to grab your balls A&M and tell Texas to piss off. How can you not want to tell the Texas Longhorns to go frick themselves!!! If Texas A&M truly wants to improve in football, they need to get in the SEC. Otherwise, they will be UT's bitch, get the 2nd best instate players and nobody from the SEC will have any respect for them.
