really eh? just like you and arky do
We would tell OU the same thing we told Aggie and have done in the past with arky.
we would stop playing the yearly game all-together.

I'm hoping the OU to SEC fans pick up some steam and can have some impact.
The A&M to SEC did and I think that helped.

You'd be cutting off your nose to spite your face then. OU would have a lot of regional games to generate interest with Arky, A&M, and LSU - and a bunch more nationally broadcast games against teams like Bama, Florida, UGA.
Texas is the one that would suffer more than OU if they stopped playing the RR shootout

Yeah, that worked for A&M

I have no doubt you possie asses would do exactly that.

lol @ "we would stop playing the yearly game all-together".
Sure you would... Replace them with who? Oregon? Good luck with that.

Longhorn fans have got to be the worst bunch in the nation.
USC and Bama brag about their football teams to no end, but Longhorn fans not only think their university is the best at everything, they actually believe they are better people than you as well.
They would never ever join the SEC, yes they would be competitive and win a lot of games, but that ego would get slapped around with the top competition and they couldn't handle it.

The RRR means exponentially more to OU than it does to Texas. OU is dead with out the recruiting prestige that comes from playing the Horns in Dallas. I would LOVE to see OU go to the SEC and for Texas to stop that series as well.

Really? Still with this crap?
The president of Texas is a Cal alum who is obsessed with the idea of Texas being in a conference with Cal & Stanford.

let's say OU and A&M go to the SEC
And Texas and Texas Tech join the PAC
what game will Texas play every year that will interest a national audience? If they made USC a permanent opponent from the opposite division maybe that's ONE game - after that?

Yes, but not much more.

I knew you Texass fans were bad, but it's gone to a whole new level, now. If I were aTm or Oklahoma, i would tell you to shove the RRR and Turkey Day games up your arse.
If both Ok AND aTm didn't play you, who in the hell would you replace them with that would draw National Attention?
You have taken dysfunction and delusion to a whole new level.

I'm sure with OU in the SEC, any SEC team would love to play OU in Jerryworld. It would help with recruiting for both sides. It would still be a big deal, just not called the Red River Shootout.

This guy wants to end BOTH the A&M and OU games. I guess he thinks the Cal and Wazzou games will make up for it.
