What abut TCU?

If conferences are seriously looking at expanding why has no one considered TCU? Yeah, they don't have the biggest following but they are right in the middle of the DFW market. They have everything going for them athletically. The smart thing to do would be to pry TCU away from the Mountain West.

if the big 12 stays intact look for TCU to move the there

TCU is pretty legit and we could get the Dallas market...which equals $$$$

If the SEC decides to go west it should definitely give TCU serious consideration.

I've wondered this too. They were just in a BCS bowl and now they're Omaha bound. Their athletic program arguably had a much better year than WE did

Pretty much everybody would have gone to a BCS bowl with their schedule last year ... well, except OU (TCU played BYU)

I don't know why that would matter. Vandy has a smaller stadium, both Vaught-Hemingway and Davis Wade were about that size until recently. Amon Carter's capacity worked when TCU was in the SWC and they had UT, A&M and Tech regularly coming to town.
