This show just can't win. It is either that or people complain that the show doesn't get every microdetail right. It's funny actually
I would think that non Nola people would like it better than Nola people.
I'm surprised they couldn't get more local talent to do it right.

i posted earlier in this thread. i wanted to love this show, i really did. i loved the wire.
i was stoked to see this about new orleans. i watched the first 5-6 episodes. i lived in new orleans from 2005-2007 and frequented the city from 2001-2005. i loved the nola music scene.
that being said, "treme" has really sucked balls man. pretty big disappointment. i really cant think of too many redeeming qualities about this show.
