We just got back from Navarre ... go canoeing in the Blackwater State Park (1/2 day or full day trips)
Fort Pickens is cool (Pensacola Beach)
Other suggestions in other places?
Gulf Shores -- zoo (haven't been since Katrina but it was an okay place before), Fort Morgan
???

Pensacola - The Naval Air Museum is awesome. It has a pretty cool Imax, as well.
