I would like to take a minute to encourage all you men and women in your late 40s and 50s to have your colon checked. It is easy and inexpensive, and it might just save you and your family many years of suffering. Earlier when I posted a message asking that you have your colon checked I received word that over 40 of you had yours checked including five in one family. Two did have early stages of cancer that was easily removed with no chemo treatments. Please do me a favor and get it done. I know that I will receive a few nasty emails today because of talking about these personal matters, but that is alright.
