Anyone go to the Shockey autograph session at Mike's Den?

what do you expect out of autograph sessions. you stand in line like a school kid waiting to get a signature from a human being while you are demoralizing yourself and putting the athlete on a pedestal all the while you are thinking of your one liner you are going to spew out to him in hopes of being the one that stands out to him at the end of the day.

My buddy is one of the mascots and said he turned away for photos; he showed up late and left early (after taking a 20 min break from signing autographs); the owner of the place posted an apology on FB.

I would have brought J-shock(that's his Jersey Shore name) a bottle of whiskey and we would have livened that bitch up if I had known about it.

I was at my kids playground this weekend (Lakeview Playground). Two saints players were there. Jermon Bushrod took pictures with my family and signed my daughter's cap. No lines no fuss. Really cool guy.
Both guys were great. Very personable and VERY Respectful. Great representatives for the team.
Later they set up tables and the kids all lined up to arm wrestle them....Very funny stuff!
Looks like everybody had a good time.

Doesn't surprise me. People from every autograph session he's been to have said that he acted like a dick. But I don't know what they expect from him, it's not like he owes them anything.
