Will we recognize next year's Baseball team?

I know, as of right now some of you might not care. The reality is a lot of talent leaves the team. Senior leadership is important and there's a good chance the only seniors on next year's team are are Alsup and Bradshaw
Dean, Gaudet and Bert graduate.
Gibbs, Landry, Ranaudo, Ross, and Mormann drafted.
Mainieri has witnessed a huge talent drain the past two years. As this year proved, it is hard to win with such a young team. Next year's team may be even younger.

It's not a bad point, but aren't there some experienced juniors that will be back in the lineup?

"Senior Leadership" There wasn't much on this team to begin with. Ranaudo was a very good leader by example and helped a lot of guys with offseason conditioning. Other than that, no leadership exists on this team. Next year's team will be a totally different team, but that may not be a bad thing. We MAY struggle a little early, but, IF the MLBD doesnt rip apart our recruiting class, we'll be a strong team late in the year. Nola, Watkins, Hanover, Mahtook, Ott (spare me the posts he's having a bad month, he's still the right hand of God), Matulis, Alsup, Morman, Bourgeois, Edward, Rittner. All of these guys should step up next year to be better players/ leaders. In college baseball, faces come and go, programs are here FOREVER! WE ARE LSU

the constant changing faces in college baseball makes the run in the 90s that much more amazing

I seriously doubt Ranaudo goes after the season he's had; he definitely needs to come back next year and prove that this season was an aberration.
As for Mormann, I don't see why he wouldn't want to come back, as he's really shown nothing special yet.

AR is gone. Baseball drafts on potential and he can still throw 94

The team need an influx of new talent. This year's team has forgotten about playing like the Tigers as of 3 weeks ago. They all look as though they've lost their confidence. Can anyone find a leader on the entire squad now?
The coach needs to do some arse-kicking to get them out of this funk. The nice guy approach isn't working.
Just go out and play the rest of this season as TIGERS!

I seriously doubt you follow the MLB draft. Better put I'm glad your not Ranaudo's agent.

I think there is a decent chance that a few guys on the team this year do not make the team next year.

That is 100% correct. A couple of players who have not performed will not be back next year. And no I'm not giving names.
