Neither of those are sleepers.
Chile could be a sleeper if things fall in place.
Serbia or Paraguay aren't bad choices, either.

Chile can make alot of noise only if they advance and don't have to face Brazil in the round of 16. Their tour ends there though if they face Brazil, which is the most likely scenario.
