I wish people would get bashing him as the biggest bust in the NFL. Maybe he wouldnt be a bust if he wouldve had REAL coaches behind him and REAL players supporting him. The Oakland Raiders are a joke and if im JaMarcus im glad to be out of there.

The Raiders a joke and it would have helped if he went somewhere else but definitely deserves blame.

Oakland sucks, but JR didnt do himself any favors. I dont think Brees would have good stats with that Raiders team, but JR just never got it together. But he is still a young man and maybe a change of scenery and the humbling of being cut will make him a better player. And if not, what the hell. He's set for life. I wish I had his problems.

since he left college he hasn't gotton the type of coaching that he needs. He is a special player and needs to be handled properly. Miles and staff seemed to had gotton the most out of his talents. Looking back at it, it was a testemant to Miles and staff doing a great job with him and maximizing his talents. Who was his QB coach at LSU?

Maybe REAL people understand JR is REALLY responsible for his own REAL performances.

But, let me understand...the Raiders had no REAL players, they were all fake? Maybe like JR?

Yeah...it's the fault of the coaches that he has a reputation for being lazy and unmotivated.

all the players wanted him gone. gradkowski gave a damn and won a few games. if gradkowski had JR's talent, he would be a pro bowler.

Didn't they win a few games after he was benched last season? Seems the backup had atleast a little success.
