I never saw him being great there anyway. He wasn't going to just become great at Bama. He was very average here and would still be struggling to get on the field at LSU.

Phelon will be playing the star in five and six DB alignments. Dre Kirkpatrick and B.J. Scott are clearly the starters.

Nobody ever thought Rick Clausen would haunt us either. I just don't like releasing players to teams that are going to be on your schedule.

I was a little miffed that he (and his father) took a few parting shots at Les after Les had been so good to him.
