the ball fricking rolled...How do you miss that? it wasn't even a tough call..frick Ramirez saw it while running to 2nd...so instead of runners on 2nd and 3rd..no outs...
frick that noise man. fricking terrible.

I remember Soriano about 5 years ago. That dude was a scary hitter. He looks like absolute shite at the plate.

every Cubs fan I know couldn't believe the contract we gave him
Posted on 4/5/10 at 5:16 pm to fightingtiger2335
and thats why the call was huge. Cubs never had any momentum after that. Jeff couldn't throw a strike..and even when he did it was called a ball.
Very rough luck on opening day. but in the lnog run its just one

Yunel may very well be my fave Brave after Chipper retires.

Braves offense
Kidna worrysome for a Cubs fan...Jeff struggled last year..first game...couldnt control the ball
Big Z struggled...first game...crushed.
Credit to braves hitter though..they've proven as major leaguers they can hit a ball right down the middle. Not sure SOriano can.
And the one problem every Cubs fan knew...Defense looks terrible.
Theriot and Fontenot may be the worst middle infield in the league....hell..it's even rubbed off on D-Lee

Rocks, it's gonna be hard to choose a fave. It could be McCann, Heyward or Yunel. But I've become a huge Yunel fan the past couple of years.

Heyward is my new favorite Brave.

Sure is gonna be nice having Hinske pinch hitting this year rather than Norton
Most underrated signing of the offseason

Hell, Hinske and any combo of McLouth/Diaz/Cabrera/Heyward, Infante, and Conrad is a very stout bench.
