Miles lays a dump - he is out of here. The discussion is over.
Miles gets 9 wins with our schedule - he gets another year.
Miles gets double digit wins - he gets a contract roll over for another year.
What will be the toss up is an 8 - 4 regular season. The bowl results may make the difference in that scenario. Losses for 3 straight years to OM, AL and FL might get have him an early retirement on the Skip Powerball annunity plan.
Bottom line is that he needs to win. And they all could be "ugly" wins. Just win.
Whatever direction it takes - it is a win/win for Miles but not necessarily LSU.


I agree with most of this but I don't see how getting fired is a winning situation for Miles.

He already won. We paid him enough $ already where he never needs to work again. No matter what happens, Miles and his family should never need for anything.
