I just had mine 4 months ago. Not sure why no one explained the visceral overwhelming emotions that occur the first time you see you own baby. It's amazing.

This should probably be on another board, but congratulations. I have a 9 month old, and it's probably been the best 9 months of my life. There is nothing else like it.
