I really don't think Ouncy intended to pull a fast one...If you have been to his new location you would understand it was a matter of cheap rent...not really the location. He started out just catering but things grew. That is why when you buy a business you have a clause that either the old owner stays on board in some capacity or he cannot open another restaurant for a set amount of time....it's basic business 101.
