No. I'm sorry, instead of saying "what I meant" I should have said "Also,". Just trying to provide more insight on the matter. Thanks for pointing that out.

I am not going to argue whether or not you consider RROD and E74 to be manufacturer defects. The way I understood it, which may be wrong, is that the warranty for any malfunction was one year. Later, they upped the RROD and E74 to 3 years. In my experience of buying a used 360, I chose one that had yet to be registered. I personally would rather do that and have a 3 year warranty on said malfunctions than have to argue manufacturer defects with microsoft. As an aside, if it were to break inside or outside warranty, I would rather my 360 be registered to me rather than have to go through another person.
