When I was 16 I weighed 235 and could max 365 on the bench. I could probably have gotten close to nine on 225 then. That was with a shitty high school football team that had a weight room that would make a prison yard look like LSU's facility.
CJ has had awesome facilities to work with for three years. He has had much more opportunity for an excellent weight program than anyone posting here.
It is not a stretch for someone to say they are surprised that he could "only" do it 9 times.
PS, I have a normal sized penis, I make a decent living, I drive a Rodeo.
